Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for the Maintenance Department Operations of Hotel and Potato Head Beach Club, ensuring company standards are adhered to. Duties are inclusive of preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance.
- Completed training regarding safety, security, department procedures and service guidelines. Responsible for the safety and the maintenance of the building as well as company’s assets
- Develop department employee attitude of attentiveness and anticipation of guest and associate needs comply with company’s policies and procedures.
- Effectively communicates with co-workers and attention to detail
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate, Engineering Civil, Electrical and Mechanical
- English proficient and comfortable with technology
- At least 5 Years working experience includes as pre-opening hotel team preferable
