SOUS CHEF
- Possess good knowledge of the English language.
- Professional background 2 years experience as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef
- Strong Western kitchen background and a good understanding of Cold Kitchen, Indonesian Cuisine, Banquet, Japanese and Chinese Cuisine
- Well versed in safety & hygiene programs
