Front Office Manager


Accountabilities
Operations

• Oversee and ensure the smooth flow of Front Office Operations.
• 2. To assist and provide guidance to FO Managers and the team with resolving operational issues.
• 3. To ensure all group bookings requirement are met by Front Office and other operations departments.

Personnel Matters

• Professionally manage and motivate Front Office Team.
• Reviewing, forecasting the manning and ensure the sufficient strength at all time.
• Interviewing and hiring new team members.
• Provide guidance to FO Managers with planning for monthly Front Office Trainings.

Finance and Revenue

• Ensure in-house guests’ credit balances are in order.
• Ensure Permanent Master Accounts are settled in a timely manner.
• Prepare Front Office and Rooms Division’s budget annually.
• Review monthly Profit and Loss statement to ensure the current budget is adhered to.
• Review expenses and implement measures to control cost.
