Qualifications:

- Good knowledge on VHP hotel system (1,2)
- Minimum SMK IT /Diploma from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75 preferably from information system or engineering (1)
- Fresh Graduate are welcome (1)
- Experience in IT support / IT Helpdesk (1)
- Min 1 year experience in the same position (2,3)
- Good knowledge on PC desktop application (windows, ms office, internet and email) (1)
- Good knowledge on PC hardware troubleshoot (1)
- Basic knowledge on computer networks and maintenance (1)
- Good communication and interpersonal skill (1,2,3)
- Dynamic, confident, self-starter with strong team player spirit, initiative and results-oriented (1,2,3)
