- Relevant academic background.
- Minimum two years experience in a similar capacity in a luxury 5-star hotel/resort or other relevant businesses.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
- Dynamic, inspiring, and innovative.
- Possesses experience in customer relations/services in similar field/capacity.
- Possesses good organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint) is advantage.
