Qualifications:
- Minimum degree in Management, Law or Psychology (1,2)
- Minimum has 2 - 3 years Experience in a similar positions in Hospitality Industry (1,2)
- Able to organize training class and has experience as trainer (1,2)
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English (1,2)
- Able to work systematically and well organized (1,2)
- Strong in knowledge and skill in Environment Health Safety and Security (1)
- General Administration of the Human Resources Department office (2)
- Establishes Human Resources department budget (1)
- Able to to recruitment process (1,2)
- Ensure the staff complies with hotel policies and procedures (1)
- Computer literate (1,2)
