SALES MANAGER For JAKARTA Sales Office
General Requirements :
- Male / Female max. 37 years old
- Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Manager at 3 or 4 star hotels
- Bachelor or Diploma III in Management/Hotel/Tourism
- Good personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Having good networking with local and international travel agencies, business and government institutions
- Strong leadership and management skills
Essential Requirements :
- Develops and organizes promotional activities, coordinates with departments concerned, invites VIPs and media to promotional activities.
- Giving the idea in making any kind of package for generating more revenue in short period in order to make the instant revenue or pick up last minute booking
- Strong understanding either key feeder markets (Europe, Australia, Asia & Domestic)
- Highly motivated, pro-active, sales hunter attitude, committed and passionate about sales and marketing
- Familiar with Hotel system VHP
- Familiar with various OTA system and social media network
- Passionate, Enthusiastic, attention to details, responsible and Energetic personality, work as a team/individual with positive attitude
