1. Assistant Guest Services Manager
Qualifications:
- Coming from Sales & Marketing, F&B or Front Office background , with minimum 3 years on supervisory level in star rated hotel
- Very fluent in English with strong communication skills who is by nature can effortlessly make and hold on to refreshing conversation , other foreign language would be advantage
- Eager to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions when needed to Horison Seminyak guests and make every momentum will become a memorable experience for each and every guest .
- Passionate with Social Media
2. Marketing and Communication Executive
Qualifications:
- Possess experience in Sales and Marketing or Guest Relations or Front Office
- Has advance English writing skills
- Able develop and implement the marketing plan and activities for the hotel to increase brand awareness to all relevant target markets
- Preferably with graphic design experience ( not a must but would be an advantage )
- Passionate with Social Media and familiar with Trip Advisor
3. Bell Driver ( DW)
Qualifications:
- Honest & reliable with basic English conversation
- Possess SIM A
