- Reception Supervisor (Male or Female)
- Guest Service Assistant Supervisor (Male or Female)
- Receptionist (Male or Female)
- Guest Service Assistant (Male or Female)
- Accounting Staff (Male or Female)
- Account Receivable (Male or Female)
- Steward or Stewardess
- Steward or Stewardess (DW)
- Waiter / Waitress (DW)
Qualifications:
- Candidates at least a Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in 4 or 5 star hotel (1,2,6)
- Minimum 2 years experience in 4 or 5 star hotel (3,4,5)
- Strong communication skill both written and verbal
- Excellent in English. Able to speak other foreign language is an advantage (1,2,3,4)
- Problem solving and complain handling skills (1,2,3,4)
- Proficient in spreadsheet (1,2,5,6)
- Knowledge of Power Pro System (1,2,3,4,5,6)
- Good appearance and excellent customer service skills
- Able to work in high pressure and multitask environment
