A fast growing hospitality group with operations in Bali seeks to appoint a Finance Manager
Role:
Due to expansion, an established foreign Hospitality Group with a portfolio of esteemed private residences, hotel operations and real estate in Bali and other parts of Indonesia is seeking a Finance Manager to take charge of the accounting department.
The candidate has to be numerically inclined, astute and highly motivated professional who can value add to the Group’s corporate finance platform, and instil effective practices for the Group to achieve desired returns.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Corporate Financial Controller, based in Singapore
- Oversee the general accounting function in aspects of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, processing invoices, cost control, inventory & cash management and payroll functions
- Supervise and set directions to the Finance and Accounting functions
- Responsible for cash flow management, budget and financial control/reporting
- Oversee all tax planning and regulatory compliance issues
Requirements:
- Must have Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent and is a qualified CPA, recognized by the local Accounting body.
- At least 5 years of relevant financial control and management reporting experience
- Sound knowledge of accounting, taxation standards, Financial, Regulatory and Audit and statutory requirements
- Working experience on VHP System preferred
- Possess strong financial analysis skills, business acumen and good communication / interpersonal skills
- Organized, detailed and proactive; able to work independently in a complex and fast-paced environment; able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines when required
- Possess strong team spirit - a team player who is able to lead a team while working across cultures, building rapport and collaborative working relationships with all levels
