Pastry Chef
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): hard worker, creative, innovative, loyal, experience in at least 4 or 5 stars hotel as a pastry chef.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bali.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Contract position(s) available.
Asst Pastry Chef
- Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): hard worker, creative, innovative, loyal, experience in at least 4 or 5 stars hotel as an asst pastry chef.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bali.
Pastry Cook
Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited culinary program or apprenticeship is preferred.
- Required skill(s): hard worker, creative, innovative, loyal, experience in at least 4 or 5 stars hotel as a pastry cook.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to operate typical pastry tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of ingredients and preparation.
- An understanding of pastry shop operation and ordering ingredients helpful
Front Office Manager
Requirements:
- Male / Female Age maximum 35 Years Old.
- Hold minimum Diploma or S1degree in Hospitality and Management.
- Minimum 1 Years Experience in same position at 4/5 stars hotel.
- Well knowledge in Budgeting and controlling PNL.
- Well capable to maintain standard operating procedure and policy and procedure.
- Well knowledge in hospitality and customer service with good communication skills.
- Strong leadersip, Detail Oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Pleasant personality, enthusiastic, highly motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Familiar with VHP syestem, and well capable in Ms. Office program (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Beach Club Attendant ( Apprentice )
Requirements:
- Must be able to converse in basic English.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Meet/exceed guest expectations.
- Previous Hotel or Beach Club experience is strongly preferred.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
