• Minimum 1 - 2 years experiences in similar position in 5 star luxury villa/resort
• Male or Female, Max 35 Years Old
• Familiar with positive labor law
• Can handle Training and development as well
• Good relationship with schools and university
• Strong Leadership and motivation skills      
• Positive attitude, dynamic, well presented and creative thinking
• Strong communication
• Flexible and creative under pressure
• Good English
