Executive Chef or Chief of F & B
Essential requirement :
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experiences in similar position in 5 star luxury villa/resort
- Male or Female, Max 35 Years Old
- Strong Leadership and motivation skills
- Positive attitude, dynamic, well presented and creative thinking
- Strong communication
- Flexible and creative under pressure
- Previous experience in managing multi food and beverage outlets and medium conference and events facilities
- Exceptional Knowledge in kitchen management, daily operation, standard and procedures as well as great cooking skills and cuisine knowledge
- Commitment to Service Excellence
- Very much a hands-on approach in the operations Genuinely love to train our dedicated team members and someone who will really do so on a regular basis
- High motivation to take the operations onto another level of overall quality standards • Someone who will really look after our team members by providing technical support as well as constructive and motivating communication
- Good English
