- Housekeeping Manager
- Front Office Manager
- Sous Chef
- Chief Accountant
- General Secretary
- Guest Service Agents
- Waiter/Waitress
- Room Attendant
Requirements:
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Age max 35 year old except point4
- Female is preferable (2,4&6)
- Human resources background is an advantage (4)
- English faculty graduation is preferable (4)
- Other foreign language is an advantage (2,6&7)
- At least a 2 year experience in a similar position at a good reputation resort operation
- Good communication skills bottom up, top down and laterally
- Good managerial and leadership skills (1,2,3)
- Multi – tasking orientation.
- Guest engagement orientation.
- Good awareness of controlling cost and expenses.
- Revenue generating individual
- Good intra and inter department team builder
- Hands on individual
