1. Japanese Guest Relation Officer
Requirements :
- Native / Japanese speaking
- 1 – 2 years of experience at the same capacity
- Preferably female
- Good attitude, good health, good appearance
- Fluent in written and spoken Japanese
- Good command of English and/or Bahasa – speaking and writing
- Good communication skills and Customer service oriented
- Indonesian / Expatriate
2. Guest Assistant
Requirements :
- 1 – 2 years of experience at the same capacity
- Good attitude, good health, good appearance
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good communication skills and customer service oriented
- Familiar with hotel system such as VHP will be an advantage
- Indonesian National only
