Candidates for the following positions must have the criteria:
- Two - three years of experience at the same capacity
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
Mandarin Guest Relation Officer must fulfill the following criteria:
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin
- Good communication skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Good command of English and/or Bahasa – speaking and writing
- Expansive knowledge about the current market trends in hospitality industry
- Able to operate basic Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
Sales Manager for Japan must fulfill the following criteria:
- Native Japanese
- Excellent network, negotiation and communication skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Good command of English and/or Bahasa – speaking and writing
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Expansive knowledge about the current market trends in hospitality industry
- Able to operate Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Sales Coordinator must fulfill the following criteria:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer-service skills
- Organized and possess a high level of administration ability
