1. Chef De Partie / Sous Chef
Candidates must have the following qualification:
- Male/Female
- Max 35 years old
- Ability to handle day to day kitchen operation
- Ability to control kitchen cost
- Having the passion and posses leadership quality to run the show and maintain high service standard in every plate served
- Good organizations and communication skills
- Highly motivated to work, Energetic and Dynamic
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
- Computer literate
- Able to work under pressure and flexible long working hours
2. Cook and Cook Helper
Candidates must have the following qualification:
- Male/Female
- Max 30 years old
- Western and Indonesian Food
- Good team work, good personality, hard worker, loyal, creative and well organized
