1. Director of Sales and Marketing – report to General Manager
- Strong experiences in sales, marketing with exposure in Mice, Revenue and E-commerce in five international chain hotels and resorts.
- Lead the creation and implementation of a successful Online Sales and Marketing strategy, to include Social Media, Review Sites (e.g. Trip advisor), Hotel Android App Creation, user Interaction, Dynamic Packaging through existing Digital Alchemy system.
- Ability to identify strategy to grow occupancy, Rev Par and increase market share.
2. Chief Engineer – report to General Manager
- Minimum of 5 years in Similar Position on building hotels.
- Strong Leadership and Managerial Skills
- Assertive personality and hand on.
- Human Resources Awareness in Managing and Developing the Team
- Financially Savvy in setting, adhering and executing Budgets and Capex.
- Good experience in project management.
- Shown work safety and security awareness.
- Have a good sense on building and machinery maintenance program
3. Spa & Sport Manager – report to General Manager
- Minimum of 3 years in Similar Position
- Strong Leadership and Managerial Skills
- Human Resources and Financial Savvy.
- Having an Eye for Details and great Passion for Human Wellbeing Therapy with guest focus
- Has strong ability in conducting promotional campaigns.
- Able to upkeep the trends in alternative therapies, beauty care and hospitality services.
- Creative and Innovative thinking of new techniques and procedure.
- Has a good understanding on licensing requirements and municipal health regulations
4. Sous Chef (Chef Tournant) – report to Executive Sous Chef
- Preferred culinary school background with a least 5 years experiences in a recognized 5 stars resort.
- Knowledge in international cuisine, food ingredient and trends.
- Experiences with HACCP standard.
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
- Good financial and administration skills.
5. Assistant Palace Club Manager – report to Palace Club Manager
- Good command of English, both spoken and written. Preferred with other foreign language
- Hotel Diploma education background
- Several years of experiences in middle managerial position with guests and service focus
- Team player with outgoing and dynamic personality
- Possesses self-initiative and motivation
6. Digital Marketing Executive
- Review, create, implement and performing continuous maintenance on the Hotel’s Web Design system.
- Ensure Hotel’s Web system stay up to date on software and/or data management trends but remains adherence to corporate identity standard.
- Work closely with DOSM and Marcomm Manager to create and implement Social Media campaign, Digital Media campaign, SEO and Google analytic strategies.
- To maintain and to develop Mobile Application and EDM-Electronic Direct Marketing.
- Work closely with DOSM to develop database management system to support EDM and other digital marketing campaigns
7. Apprentices (35 candidates for FB, FO and Palace)
- Hotel education Diploma.
- Speak good English – speak other language will be preferable
- Has Daily Worker and long term traineeship experiences in other international chain hotel front liners.
- Smile, warm personality and trainable
- Willing to work in shift.
- Live in Bali
