Candidates must have the following criteria:
- Indonesian Citizen only
- Two - three years of experience at the same capacity
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
Mandarin Guest Relation Officer must have the following criteria:
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin
- Good communication skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Good command of English and/or Bahasa – speaking and writing
- Expansive knowledge about the current market trends in hospitality industry
- Able to operate basic Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
Japanese Guest Relation Officer must have the following criteria:
- Fluent in written and spoken Japanese
- Good communication skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Good command of English and/or Bahasa – speaking and writing
- Expansive knowledge about the current market trends in hospitality industry
- Able to operate basic Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
Sales Manager for Japan must have the following criteria:
- Excellent network, negotiation and communication skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Good command of English and/or Bahasa – speaking and writing
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Expansive knowledge about the current market trends in hospitality industry
- Able to operate Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel
In House Graphic Designer must have the following criteria:
- A degree/diploma in Visual Arts or Visual Communications, or
- Possess a creative and high-quality visual portfolio related to hospitality industry or similar
- Able to operate Photoshop, Illustrator and other design-related programs
- Good command of English – speaking and writing
- Meticulous and pays attention to details
Reservation Agent must have the following criteria:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Problem solving and complaint-handling skills
- Good command of English – speaking and writing
- Ability to operate Opera
Guest Service Agent must have the following criteria:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Problem solving and complaint-handling skills
- Good command of English – speaking and writing
- Good knowledge of Opera
