HHRMA Bali 2013, Lowongan Kerja Hotel di Bali, Sublime Hidden Valley is seeking to appoint a new:

Reservations Agent 

to its team.

Being a relatively small/medium property (40 rooms), the new reservations agent will be looking after the entire reservations process: From handling guest enquiries over the phone and email, to actioning reservations coming from TPI and OTA websites, dealing with group bookings etc. Our property management system directly inputs reservations coming from TPI’s and OTA’s therefore most of the process is done in that respect. This way you can focus your attention in dealing with resort-direct enquiries as well as group/event bookings.

Requirements:

• Great English ability is paramount as you wil be dealing with the guests directly
• Very good computer skills is essential
• Previous experience working with channel manager applications and TPI availability updates preferred
• Experience working as reservations agente required
• Ability to work independantly and be able to prioritise and self-manage the daily tasks
• Willingness to learn new processes quickly would be an advantage for this role
• Previous hotel reservations experience is essential

Renummeration will be based on experience and ability.
Position open to begin immediately.
