- Receptions (M)
- Guest Service Assistant (M)
- Front Office Supervisor (M)
General qualifications:
- Candidates at least a Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field in a 4/5 star hotel
- Candidates have strong communication skills both in written & verbal communication
- Excellent command of English. Speak other foreign languages will be an advantage
- Problem solving and complain handling skills
- Knowledge of Power Pro system
- Well-groomed, discipline, personable and have an excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work in a high paced, high pressure, multitasking environment
- Able to join immediately
