HEAD CHEF

One Eleven Resort is currently recruiting a Head Chef who should have relevant experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Successful candidate will most likely be working in Bali or has worked in Bali in the past and have a proven track record in restaurants, hotels or villa resorts.
Overseas experience will be an advantage as One Eleven enjoys an international clientele who appreciate both Western, Asian and Indonesian cuisine.
The Head Chef along with his team will be looking after the needs of our guests occupying some 37 villas in One Eleven and affiliated resort properties.
Candidates should possess a desire to lead a dedicated culinary team focussed on quality, whilst showing an innovative and creative approach to food preparation. Should have an outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with our guests as well as the One Eleven team.
