- Minimum 3 years experience at the similar position (1,2)
- Having skill meeting sales goals, negotiation, selling to customer needs, sales planning, market knowledge (1,2)
- Understand hotels market positioning (1,2)
- Effective sales communication skills and personal performance (1,2)
- Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
- Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized manner
- Excellent communication skills, proficient in the English language
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoff Skill
- Have hotel, MICE and cooperate back ground
