Garuda Indonesia, the globality awarded national flag carrer of Indonesia, is seeking qualified Chefs for the position of Inflight Chefs on our Boeing 777-300ER aircrafts. The Succesful candidates need to have good communication and interpersonal skills, incluiding strong English languange ability as a member of our Class and Executive Class Cabin Crew.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and present 5 Star Cuisine to First Class passengers with the almost care and attention to detail.
- Ensure all areas of rhe gallery are clean, hgygenic and tidy at all times
- Must be able to confidently interact with passengers and provide information and assistance about the First Class menu
- Work as a key member of the First Class Cabin Crew as required
- Build a good rapport with passengers to ensure a high level of customers satisfactions
- Be flexible about work costers that may very to due to ever changing business needs and stafling situasitions
- Maintain a high level of personal hgygince at all times
- Skills and Basic Qualifications :
- Previous experience at a 5 Star Hotel on Restaurant Chef de Partie is desirable
- Internationality recognized Chef Apprenticeship or journeyman qualification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior Health & safety training is preferable
- Ability to use inisiative and work indenpendently
- Ability to demonstrate organizional skills and reability
- Must be enthusiastic and customer focused
- Proportional Posture (minimum height 158cm for female and 165cm for male with an ideal weight)
- Maximum age 39 years old
