We are seeking for young professionals to join our team as:
  • Mandarin Guest Relation Officer
  • Japanese Guest Relation Officer
  • Sales Manager for Japan
  • Reservation Agents
  • Lobby Greeters

Candidates must have the following criteria:
  • Indonesian Citizen only
  • Two - three years of experience at the same capacity
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written


Mandarin Guest Relation Officer must have the following criteria:
  • Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Good command of English and/or Bahasa – speaking and writing
  • Expansive knowledge about the current market trends in hospitality industry
  • Able to operate basic Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

Japanese Guest Relation Officer must have the following criteria:
  • Fluent in written and spoken Japanese
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Good command of English and/or Bahasa – speaking and writing
  • Expansive knowledge about the current market trends in hospitality industry
  • Able to operate basic Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

Sales Manager for Japan must have the following criteria:
  • Excellent network, negotiation and communication skills
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Good command of English and/or Bahasa – speaking and writing
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Expansive knowledge about the current market trends in hospitality industry
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel

Reservation Agent must have the following criteria:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Problem solving and complaint-handling skills
  • Good command of English – speaking and writing
  • Ability to operate Opera

Greeters must have the following criteria:
  • Presentable, attractive and customer-service oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good command of English
